Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment is the decisive process of obtaining best quality products. We have 5 tonn boggie type furnace fully equipped with modernized temperature controller for heating & cooling the furnace. Our forgings are well treated for various operations such as NORMALIZING, ANNEALING, QUENCHING & TEMPERING with a maximum temperature of +/- 5 degree centigrade.

Workshop
We are equipped with a fully modernized workshops with numerous CNC lathe machines, vertical lathe machines, multi spindle drill machines, Gear Hobbing from 1.5 meters to 12 meters, CNC drill machines to produce flanges by nearly 800 MT per month with world class quality & packing.

Inspection & Testing
Besides supplying casting in un-machined condition, we also supply casting in fully machined and specially Heat Treated condition as per customer's requirement. Finished casting weight range from 50 kg to 20.000 kg per piece and can be produced as single item or in small batches or mass scale production as per client requirement. Our latest testing machines and equipments allow no margins of error in the physical & chemical properties. The German made spectra machine test 36 elements with .01% accuracy. It is supported with state of the art tensile testing machine of 60 T capacity & impact testing till -196°c, to complete accuracy.
